CryptoQuant’s latest report from January 14 highlights that Bitcoin’s price is on track to reach a significant high, potentially nearing $145,000 this year, fueled by a favorable shift in US political and economic conditions. According to their analysis, this momentum could lead to up to $520 billion of new capital entering the market in 2025.
The company points to positive trends in US regulation and monetary policy as key drivers of the expected growth. If the market behaves in line with historical patterns, CryptoQuant suggests the $520 billion could elevate Bitcoin’s price to a range between $145,000 and $249,000. Their analysis shows that increased investment into Bitcoin’s realized capitalization could have a disproportionately large effect on its market value.
This prediction aligns with several other optimistic forecasts, including one from Samson Mow, CEO of Bitcoin adoption firm JAN3. Mow speculated that Bitcoin could see massive leaps in value, potentially reaching $1 million per coin in the future, driven by large price moves.
In the shorter term, Bitcoin is showing signs of potential growth, despite a recent dip to two-month lows. As President-elect Donald Trump prepares for his inauguration, speculation is building about possible policy announcements that could set the stage for a crypto market rally. Traders, including Filbfilb of DecenTrader, suggest Bitcoin is currently in a state of potential upward movement, with short-term fluctuations possibly leading to a bullish trend.
Rekt Capital, another analyst, believes that Bitcoin’s current price action signals a strong recovery, with the possibility of a new higher low developing. Despite the challenges posed by broader market sentiment, there remains a solid case for a continued bullish outlook for Bitcoin in the coming months.
